I am constantly trying to promote long-lasting learning that can be useful in future situations, by generating profound awareness and creating tools that enrich and give new meaning to the present.
My methodology
I have created my own method named “Closed Orchard”, where I combine knowledge and a number of dynamics inthe areas of Pedagogy, Neurolinguistic Programming, Neuroscience, Organizational Communication, Talent management and Coaching.
Conscious Coaching
People are at the heart of my work: I foster their skills and overall well-being. I support families, businesses, couples, groups, and schools in developing their abilities and resolving conflicts effectively.
I apply Pedagogy, Communication, NLP and Talent Management combined with practical coaching.
I also incorporate my own methods, the result of international experience working with people of different ages, backgrounds, and cultures. My approach is personal, rigorous, and results-oriented. The goal: real, sustained, and conscious human growth.
